Genuine Illinois Special Event License Plate. These are genuine license plates that are called Special Event License Plates. Special Event license plates are actual license plates issued by the State in connection with an organization celebrating an event or having a fundraiser. They can be used on cars, generally for about 3 months around the event. This plate is in great condition. Some of these older plates do not lie perfectly flat.
